2025-26 SEASON
All events shall follow National Federation Rules. For squads to perform stunts and pyramids a coach must attend a safety clinic, or complete online at nfhslearn.com the AACCA Spirit Safety course. Music used for all games, competitions and tournaments must be void of all profanity or sexual connotations. Routines and music should be age appropriate.
